Alice de Pierrepont

Alice de Pierrepont, commonly known as Mother Alice, is the Benedictine prioress at Chester Convent. Insightful and well read across a range of scientific topics, she and her fellow nun Agnes represent a more radical, liberal streak of thinking in the typically conservative and theologically-oriented Chester church. Alice is good friends with Abbot Thomas Birchills and Prior Simon of the Chester Abbey.
