John Reeves is the manor sheriff of Rhuddlan, north Wales. A man who takes himself very seriously, Reeves thinks very highly of his position and the authority it carries. It is unknown if Reeves actively supports English rule, or if he is simply opportunistic.
He presides over the meeting between Reginald de Grey and El after the latter was arrested by Sir Edward de Beauchamp.
